Cihan Hergüner is a Director within Johnson Controls’ Global Data Center Solutions vertical, where he drives the strategic growth and market expansion of the colocation segment across EMEA. With over 15 years of experience in operational technology (OT) solutions (spanning advanced thermal management, controls, fire, security, and digital ecosystems), he is a prominent advocate for the sustainable development of the global data centers industry. Throughout his career, Cihan has led cross-functional initiatives across Turkiye, United States, United Kingdom, Italy and the Netherlands, bringing a deeply global perspective to enterprise infrastructure scalability.
Cihan holds a Bachelor of Science in Systems Engineering from Yeditepe University. A multilingual executive, he speaks Turkish, English, and Italian fluently, alongside proficiency in Spanish and Dutch. Currently residing in the Netherlands, he actively collaborates with international industry leaders to pioneer high-performance, energy efficient infrastructure solutions.
