Stephanie Taylor

Stephanie has almost 20 years of experience in infrastructure programs, working on large-scale public transportation projects as well as delivering international data center projects across Europe. Stephanie is an experienced team leader, managing complex development projects under strict timescales. Her expertise includes negotiating with and finding solutions for stakeholders at all levels including government, regulatory authorities, local communities, consultants and contractors. Stephanie joined QTS in 2024 and is currently responsible for all pre-development and development programs in Europe and the UK.
