Day 1 – Monday 19 October 2026
Exhibition Hall – 8:45am – 5:00pm
Conference Sessions – 9:30am – 5:00pm
Networking Party – 5:00pm – 6:00pm (Access limited to speakers, press, exhibitors, sponsors, and gold pass holders)
Day 2 Tuesday 20 October 2026
Exhibition Hall – 8:45am – 4:00pm
Conference Sessions – 9:30am – 4:00pm

Data Centre Expo Europe is co-located with the following events:
Gold ticket passes give you full access to all sessions at every co-located event, plus the Networking Party, the main Exhibition Hall & Tradeshow, and all free tracks.
Your badges will be send straight after registering your expo pass. If you haven’t received your pass, please contact enquiries@datacentrecongress.com.
We can only provide VISA letters if you have purchased a paid ticket, or are an exhibitor or speaker. Once you have paid for your pass please email enquiries@techexevent.com and our team will confirm on our registration system we have you and will be able to issue a VISA letter.

Our conferences and expos are exclusively designed for industry professionals. At this time, we are unable to accommodate students. To ensure a professional environment for all attendees, any students found in the conference theatres or exhibition areas will be asked to leave. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
