He has held key leadership roles within the Karatzis Group ecosystem, contributing to the development and operation of 262 MW of renewable energy assets, and previously served in strategic positions at KEN Energy—Greece’s second-largest power supplier. His experience extends to mission-critical aviation operations through Panellenic Private Aviation, alongside a strong background in M&A, financial advisory, and corporate transformation.
