He is the Founder & CEO of Strategic Project Solutions, Inc., is the Founder & CEO of Pacific Contracting (profiled in the UK Government’s Rethinking Construction aka Egan Report), an equity partner in the Lean Construction Institute (LCI) (before making a not-for-profit), and Founder of the Project Production Institute (PPI). He is also a Forbes Featured Author, “Built to Fail, Why Construction Projects Take So Long, Cost Too Much and How to Fix It”.
His involvement with digital infrastructure began in 1995 with the construction of a semiconductor fabs followed by the deployment of modern data centers in 2013.
