Bryan Dusza

Bryan joined Rypos in 2022 as Sales Manager and was promoted to Sales Director in 2024. With more than 20 years of experience in the power generation industry, he has developed deep technical expertise in backup-power emissions, aftertreatment technologies, and regulatory compliance. His background includes a successful tenure at Nixon Power Services, the largest Kohler Power distributor in North America, where he supported complex generator applications and helped customers navigate evolving emissions standards. Bryan serves as a technical and educational resource for specifying engineers, facility operators, and OEM partners, helping them understand particulate filtration challenges, aftertreatment system design, and best practices for reducing PM and NOx in mission-critical environments. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Texas at Arlington.
