Specializing in development, sales, and leasing, he has led major projects, including Vishay Technologies’ data center transformation and Microsoft’s multi-state land acquisitions. Previously, he held leadership roles at Colliers International and Grubb & Ellis, excelling in data center valuation, development, and brokerage.
