Linda Kinney

Linda Kinney brings 30 years of experience as a board director, former Fortune 100 executive, and
member of the federal government’s Senior Executive Service (SES). She combines expertise in global
manufacturing, supply chain, technology, trade, and the energy transition.

Linda currently serves as an independent director on the board of Hotstart Thermal Management, which
manufactures equipment that helps essential facilities like data centers increase energy efficiency. She also serves on the advisory board of a private tech company, chairs the Nom/Gov committee of a mission-driven non-profit, and is an active limited partner in several climate-focused venture capital funds.

Previously, Linda was a Senior Director at Intel, where she led the legal group responsible for managing risk related to product safety, environmental sustainability, and human rights. She also served as a Senior
Advisor, Internet Policy, at the U.S. Department of Commerce; the Deputy General Counsel and SVP for
Technology Policy at the Motion Picture Association; the Vice President of Law and Regulation at DISH
Network; and the Deputy General Counsel of the Federal Communications Commission.

Linda is a graduate of Vassar College, attended the London School of Economics, and received her law
degree from the University of Virginia. Linda and her husband currently divide their time between
Washington, D.C. and the San Francisco Bay Area where their two adult children reside.
