As Senior Director of Land Development at Microsoft, she has spearheaded the expansion of EMEA Datacentres, doubling capacity within her first year and launching nine new regions in record time. Her expertise in managing complex projects has been instrumental in the success of the EMEA Datacentre expansion program. Her leadership is marked by a focus on innovation, continuous improvement, and building high-performing, diverse teams.
Before joining Microsoft, Elena held a key role at Jacobs in Doha, Qatar, where she led project management functions for the Doha Metro. Her contributions ensured world-class standards in performance and reporting across major contracts. Certified as a Chartered Construction Manager and having obtained her MBA in London, she is committed to driving sustainable growth and excellence in every project she leads.
